Lightning inside the washroom could have been better. All yellow bulbs make it difficult to see yourself in the mirror . White light can be a good option.No hairdryer There are no switches inside the washroom, so if you are carrying your own hair drier you cannot use it.You are not allowed to eat inside the room which means you can't order food to your room

It had a rustic charm, with fantastic service,right from the front desk to the cleaning staff.The restaurant had a variety of options. The service as well as the staff there too were gracious n welcoming.

It was pet friendly, which was key for me choosing a property. While ofcourse not only the place but the staff too was extremely good about me having my pet with me. What surprised me further was the amazing service we received, the cleanliness and the food. The location ofcourse is fabulous too.

The staff and location are the best. Especially the lady at the reception and Paul at the restaurant.

Goa is my favourite holiday spot, and the best thing about Montego Bay Beach Village is near the beach. It was the best hotel experience I've ever stayed in. Walking to the beach and feeling the smell of the sea when I woke up in the morning was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had no problems with our stay. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. When I come to Goa again, I would like to stay here. Additionally, the restaurant inside the facility serves very nice and delicious meals. There is parking for cars and we did not have any problems with parking. Also, the location of the hotel was very central.

Loved the location and the ease of accessing the Morjim Beach. The staff is good and welcoming. The cottages or cabins allow for privacy, nestled in lot of greenery and nature. Perfect place to relax and unwind in North Goa, which is otherwise known for party.

The cabin could have been more clean and functional. The main cabin lock was wacky and would not lock properly for e.g. The Bathroom shower space could have been slightly bigger.

Breakfast was basic. Location was ace. Fantastic attached restaurant made grabbing food easy though there are many restaurants around here. The resort is well laid out and perfect for relaxing as you can swim, lounge, eat the delicious food at the restaurant or walk 1 minute to the beach. The lady at reception was a gem, pretty much the only engaging customer facing staff. Other staff were surly or totally uninterested. Pet friendly and a lot of fun playing with the guest doggos.

1. Room was cleaned hastily, with one half empty bottle of shampoo randomly left there. There was only one set of everything for 2 guests (soap, toothbrush kit etc)2. Room was not cleaned until repeated requests on the 3rd day. They ask you to leave the key at reception which obviously created a lot of scheduling issues3. Taxi mafia preventing our tour guide and driver from entering the hotel4. No phone in room, but a guest number is printed on a card they give you, which no one answers even after repeated calls5. No room service6. Weak wifi signal which was quite a bother as I was working some days7. No desk in room to use for working on my laptop. The room configuration was weird as it's a pre-fab cabin with a half divider and the part towards the sliding door just has a little couch plopped there, couldn't think of any purpose it could serve in that awkward position.8. Had to wait way more than an hour to get into the room after check in time. Ironically, staff knocked on the door exactly half hour before check out, ready to carry our bags out.

The property was well located, just by the beach. Landscaping was done very well within the property. The restaurant is the USP of the resort. The food is good.

The cottages would have been better lit up.

Superbly thoughtful ambience and very good maintenance of services.The staff were very professional and smiling...a truly pet loving place with like-minded visitors like us.

It’s not been thought through that what would be needed in a room.Like a wardrobe. No room service. Breakfast is so so. Pool is a makeshift arrangement. Not safe for non swimmers

Overall decent experience. The restaurant and the food is amazing.

Repairs are needed in the beach villa. Walls are broken. Bath fittings are out of order. There is no telephone in the villa to contact the reception.
